[P]olice were called at 3:18pm today following to a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the westbound carriageway of the A66 east of Center Parcs.
The collision involved a silver Hyundai Accent, driven by a man from Scotland and a black Mitsubishi Outlander.
The road was blocked while emergency services dealt with the scene.
Police said no one was hurt in the collision.
Dr Daniel Leach from Penrith BEEP Fund said: “All passengers including four children and three adults were assessed at the scene and thankfully nobody required transfer to hospital.”
