Cumbrian nutritional therapist and yoga teacher, Sarah Kekus of the Health Architect, is celebrating five years in the wellness business this month.
Launched in October 2012, The Health Architect is now an established and well-respected company offering expert nutritional therapy consultations and programmes countywide as well as a weekly timetable of yoga classes in Eaglesfield, near Cockermouth.
The Health Architect’s services have now extended to include working with local businesses to improve workforce well being as well as offering private one to one yoga tuition.
Most recently, Sarah has completed advanced training in Functional Medicine, delivered teaching modules to international trainee yoga teachers in Chamonix and has appeared at Keswick Mountain Festival and Taste Cumbria Cockermouth – all in between contributing to national publications such as Yoga Magazine.
To celebrate the fifth birthday of The Health Architect, Sarah will be offering exclusive prizes as well as sharing some of her expert tips and advice on yoga poses, healthy foods and seasonal dishes across her social media.
The Health Architect, Sarah Kekus, said: “In honour of my five year milestone I wanted to give something back to both my clients and students as well as reach out to those who are not yet aware of my services locally. The celebrations will be low key but will hopefully inspire others to improve their health, try yoga and eat fresh, seasonal ingredients. I look forward to helping more people be the best they can in future years, beginning with my first ever wellness retreat in Southern Italy next year.”
