Skip warning after boy, 4, hurt in Keswick

boy hurt Keswick skip[A] mum is warning residents and visitors in the Keswick area to be careful after her 4-year-old son narrowly avoided serious injury to his face on a sharp piece of metal sticking out of a skip situated outside Trespass on Tithebarn Street, Keswick.

Mum, Kirsty Nichol said: “My 4-year-old child nearly impaled his face, if I hadn’t stopped him in time it could have been a lot worse than a scratch.

“I’ve tried to find the workers but they were not there, as you can see from the picture you can’t see it as you are walking towards it as it is so thin.

“Please can you warn others to be careful.”
