Carlisle man wanted in connection with a burglary

[C]umbria Police would like to trace to a man in connection with a burglary that occurred in Carlisle.

Nathan Stewart, aged 19, of Marks Avenue, Carlisle, was arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred on the 9th March. He was released on bail and has failed to answer his scheduled bail date.

Enquiries are ongoing to trace Stewart’s whereabouts.

Detective Sergeant David Howard, North Cumbria CID, said: “We would like to speak to Mr Stewart at the first possible opportunity in connection with a burglary investigation.

“If anyone knows of his whereabouts or has any information that could assist our investigation, please get in touch. Also I would like to appeal directly to Mr Stewart, if you hear or see this appeal please contact police.”

Anyone with any information is asked to call Cumbria Police on 101 and ask to speak to an officer in North Cumbria CID or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
