Carlisle man admits child sex crimes

[A] MAN has appeared at Carlisle Crown Court and admitted a string of child sex crimes.

James Graham, 24, entered guilty pleas to a total of seven offences during a brief hearing before Judge Barbara Forrester today (FRI).

Each involves sexual activity with the same teenaged girl.

No details about the exact nature of Graham’s criminal conduct were given. His case was adjourned by Judge Barbara Forrester, who ordered the preparation of a background report on the defendant.

Graham, of Victoria Road, Carlisle, is set to be sentenced at the crown court on 1st July.

In the meantime he was remanded in custody.
