Police appeal after Eden tool thefts

Police are investigating a number of thefts which have occurred overnight from Monday 4th July into Tuesday 5th July 2016 where Ford Transit vans have been targeted and items have been stolen from within them.

Two Ford Transit vans were targeted in Warcop, Appleby-in-Westmorland where power tools have been stolen from within and three Ford Transit vans have been targeted in Brough, Kirkby Stephen, power tools have been taken from two of these vehicles and high value bikes have been stolen from the other.

Anyone with information should call PC 2185 Bowie or PC 2174 Woolley on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
