Young people in Staveley organise car wash fundraiser

[Y]oung people in Staveley have organised a car wash in order to help raise funds for goalposts and nets for their village playing field.

PCSO Jayne Park alongside the local youth support team and fire service have organised the event.

PCSO Park said: “The Youth Support team often organise activities such as paintballing however the young people said they would prefer to have a permanent facility rather than a one off treat.”

The car wash is due to take place at Staveley Mill Yard on Sunday 17th July from 12pm -2pm.
