[W]e have a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 14 in an award winning West Cumbrian hotel.

The hotel is situated on the edge of the Western Lake District and has an excellent reputation both locally and beyond Cumbria.

Our client has a great kitchen with the best facilities available and they pride themselves on offering seasonal menus which are created with fresh local produce.

If you can run your own section, have NVQ/SVQ Level 2, or equivalent, plus a real passion for turning out exceptional food, then this could be the perfect job for you.

The starting salary is £19,000pa and that’s not all! Our client also offers regulated hours (48 per week – a couple of straights and 3 split shifts), whites provided and laundered, free gym membership, share of gratuities, meals on duty and generous staff discounts at this and sister venues.

Should you require it, reasonably priced off site live in is available in a shared house which is located near the town centre and close to restaurants, shops and bars.
