Police name man who died in Whitehaven crash

rct-kells-2Police have named the man who died following a road traffic collision which occurred on High Road, Kells on 6 November.

A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: “The man has been formally identified as Colin Aplin, 73, of Bransty, Whitehaven.”

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call Cumbria Police on 101.
