Woman found unconscious in Cockermouth

[P]olice are investigating after a woman was found unconscious at Sainsburys, Station Road, Cockermouth, this morning (12th November) at around 6:25am.

The woman, aged 25, from the local area, has no injuries and is now safe and well.

A section of Sainsburys has been cordoned off while police make enquiries – however, people can still access the supermarket.

Police are working to establish the circumstances of what has happened; anyone who has any information should call Cumbria Police on 101 and quote log number 64 of 12th November.
