Appeal for movements of Land Rover after Langholm bank raid

langholm-bank-job-landrover[P]olice Scotland is appealing for witnesses in relation to the movements of a green coloured Land Rover which was seen leaving the scene of the Royal Bank of Scotland ATM theft in the early hours of Friday 11 November 2016, and which was later found on fire on the B6318 road near to Claygate just north of the Cumbrian border.

A photograph of the Land Rover has been released in the hope that it might jog the memories of people who may have seen it in the days and hours leading up to the raid.

Detective Inspector Scott Young said: “The Land Rover is quite distinctive and had the number R445YJC on it.

“Anyone who thinks they may have seen this Land Rover prior to or after the raid is asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
