Appeal after A590 careless driving incident

Police are looking to trace witnesses to a careless driving incident on Thursday 29th December 2016.

The incident occurred at 11am on the A590 bypass between Ellerscales Roundabout and Melton Brow Roundabout by Dalton Zoo.

The incident involved a blue BMW 123d coupe travelling eastbound towards Ulverston.

Police are particularly looking for the drivers of two vehicles travelling in the same direction on that stretch of road and a cyclist riding towards Barrow-in-Furness in the opposite direction wearing a black and orange cycling vest.
