[D]erbyshire Constabulary has growing concerns for the safety of Julian Lane who is missing from hospital in Derby.

Mr Lane, who is 51 and from Derby, failed to return to the hospital, as planned, on Monday (January 9).  He needs regular medication and officers and medical staff are concerned for his health.

He is six feet tall, with a large build and black hair.  When he was last seen he was clean shaven.

He is known to travel widely and could be anywhere in the country.

The photograph was taken eight years ago but if anyone thinks they have seen him or knows where he is, should ring 101 quoting Derbyshire Constabulary’s incident number 1059 of January 9.
