Carus Green golf club has further strengthened its association with Kentdale Land Rover, with the Kendal-based car dealership presenting Carus resident and European Senior Tour winner, Gary Wolstenholme MBE, with his very own set of new wheels!

The popular pro was delighted to take receipt of his top-of-the-range Jaguar F-Pace, from Kentdale Land Rover’s Head of Business, Kenny Curran, with both business’s logos on display to promote their respective offerings. Gary, who has always dreamed of owning his own Jaguar, will be driving the vehicle when playing in the UK.

On the delivery of the new car and the special relationship with Kentdale Land Rover, three-time European Senior Tour winner, Gary, said: “I am very appreciative of the intervention of Kenny Curran, Head of Business at Kentdale Jaguar Land Rover, for sorting out a deal to allow me to drive one of these fantastic cars. I should also like to thank Jon Greenwood for his excellent service and recommend anyone wanting a Jaguar or Land Rover to consider Kentdale; they are a pleasure to deal with in every respect!”

Kentdale Land Rover has been working with Carus Green for more than four years as key sponsors, supporting the golf club’s major events throughout this period. They also hold their annual golf day at Carus each summer, with this year’s event taking place on Tuesday 13th June.

“Kentdale Land Rover and Carus Green have an accurate synergy of brand and customer that fits both companies,” adds Carus’ owner, Graham Curtin. “As progressive, successful Kendal-based businesses that share corporate and customer goals, we work very well together and their arrangement with Gary further reinforces our strong association.”
