Boy, 10, flown to hospital in Liverpool after suffering serious burns near Ambleside

Nr Ambleside[A] 10-year-old has been flown to hospital in Liverpool after he sustained serious burns in a scalding near Ambleside

The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to assist NWAS at 9:50am today.

A spokesman or GNAAS said: “The 10-year-old was treated by NWAS and the GNAAS doctor-led trauma team before being flown to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool.”
