[A] WOMAN who denies stealing cash from her mother-in-law will go on trial later this year.
Jacqueline Anne Little, 54, is alleged to have stolen an unspecified amount of money from Margaret Little. This is said to have occurred between January 1, 2015, and August 31 last year.
Jacqueline Little pleaded not guilty to one theft charge when she appeared at Carlisle Crown Court during a short hearing in front of Judge Barbara Forrester.
She was told her trial at the crown court is due to start on August 9.
In the meantime Jacqueline Little, of Watson Street, Carlisle, was remanded on bail, one condition being that she must not have any contact with Margaret Little.
