[A] MAN has admitted committing three shed burglaries in Egremont.
Stephen Lawrence Flinn, 37, faced three charges when he appeared before Judge Barbara Forrester at Carlisle Crown Court.
Flinn pleaded guilty to breaking into two sheds, at separate Kings Drive properties in Egremont, stealing a petrol strimmer and an electric strimmer from one, and a bicycle from another.
He also admitted burgling a third shed, at a property in Royal Drive, with intent to steal.
Flinn entered his pleas over a video link from custody.
His case was adjourned by Judge Forrester, and he will be sentenced on a future date. Flinn, of Royal Drive, Egremont, was remanded in custody in the meantime.
His lawyer, Marion Weir, said in a brief address to the judge: “He is anxious to be dealt with (for the crimes) as soon as possible.”
