Police probe Whitehaven wheelie bin fire

fireenginefront[P]olice are appealing for information after a wheelie bin was intentionally set on fire in the George Street, Scotch Street area of Whitehaven in the early hours of Thursday 11th May 2017.

The resultant fire caused damage to the bin and some nearby properties.

Anyone with who witnessed the incident or who has information can contact PC 2518 Diesveld or local officers at Whitehaven Police Station on 101, or anonymously via CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111.
