[P]olice are investigating a burglary at a detached house on the outskirts of Wreay village near Carlisle.
At 11.20am on Thursday 11th May 2017 the householder returned to discover a silver Ford Kuga car parked outside their house with a male driver inside. As the householder approached the vehicle two further males ran out of the house and to the waiting vehicle. The vehicle then left at high speed. Upon entering the house the occupier found that the offenders had been searching the bedrooms but it is believed that they left empty-handed.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the vehicle in the area or who have any information as to the identity of the offenders.
