Police probe Carlisle bar handbag theft

[P]olice are investigating the theft of a small pink handbag with a pink clasp from the Border Rambler bar on Botchergate during the early hours of Saturday 6th May 2017.

The handbag was left with two people who said they would keep an eye on it for the owner.

These two people are believed to have stolen the handbag and left the bar.

The suspects are described as one white female with long black hair tied up in a bun wearing a heavy white coat aged around 20 years old, and one white male of a heavy build wearing a dark jacket and a light coloured shirt underneath who is aged around 30 years old.
