Death of Windermere woman “not suspicious”

police tape[P]olice can now confirm that the woman died of natural causes.

The death is therefore not being treated as suspicious.

The elderly woman died in the Royal Preston Hospital on June 2nd.

Prior to her admission to hospital, she was in the area of Miller Ground, off Rayrigg Road, Windermere, between 12.45pm and 1.15pm, on May 31st
