Man arrested after boy, 10, pushed down Walney skate ramp

[P]OLICE have arrested a 34-year-old man from Barrow in connection with an incident at Walney Park.

The arrest was made following a report of a 10-year-old boy having been pushed down a skate ramp.

The boy was uninjured.

The man has been released under investigation.

The incident happened at around 1.30pm on Sunday 14 May 2017 and officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the alleged assault.
