Appeal after Seascale dog walker almost hit by red car

[P]olice are investigating an incident involving a red car which occurred at approximately 11.20am on Saturday 10th June on South Parade in Seascale.

A man in his 20s with dark hair and a beard was witnessed driving a small red car erratically, almost hitting a female resident while walking her dogs.
