[F]irefighters have rescued a person from a house fire in Barrow.
At 11:11pm yesterday, Tuesday 13 June firefighters were called to a house fire on Mosley Street, Barrow-in-Furness.
A spokesman from Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “Three fire engines, from Barrow-in-Furness and Ulverston, attended the incident and firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a large fan to extinguish the fire.
“Crews rescued one casualty from the house.
“They were at the scene for approximately 45 minutes.”
