Road works affecting refuse and recycling collections for Macadam Way area of Penrith

[D]ue to planned road closures for resurfacing work by Cumbria County Council which are due to start on 3 July 2017 and last for two weeks, waste collections in the Macadam Way area of Penrith will be at an earlier time than normal.

Please ensure your blue bags and recycling is placed out on the previous evening or by 6am of the scheduled collection day.

The streets where refuse and recycling collections will be affected by the road works are:

  • Macadam Way
  • Macadam Gardens
  • Anchor Close
  • Cambridge Drive
  • Pembroke Place
  • Petteril Road
  • Canny Croft
