Duo sought after Longtown flat door kicked in

[P]olice are investigating an incident of criminal damage occurring at 3.40pm on Thursday 5 June 2017 in the flats at the junction of Albert Street and Burn Street in Longtown.

Two offenders have tried to force entry to a top floor flat by kicking the door repeatedly, until the frame separated from the wall.

Two suspects are described as follows:

1) Asian man approx 25-years-old and 6ft tall with distinctive thick black eyebrows. He wore a navy shirt under a long sleeved black top.

2) White man approx 30-years-old, 5ft 10ins tall, slim build with shaved blonde hair wearing a light green t-shirt and sand coloured shorts.

Anyone with information about this incident should contact police referencing incident 144 of 15 June 2017.
