Biker seriously injured in Hawes wall crash

[P]olice are appealing for any witnesses after a serious collision near Hawes.

At about 11.40am on Saturday 5 August 2017, on the B6255 at Widdale Foot between Hawes and Newby Head, a black and red motorcycle left the road and collided with a wall.

The rider, a man in his 30s, suffered serious injuries, and was taken to Royal Preston Hospital.
