Police appeal after suspicious incident in Carlisle

[P]olice are investigating a suspicious incident where a male has climbed onto an outhouse roof attached to a house.

The occupant was left shaken as a result of the incident. The incident happened on the 4th September at 11:23pm on Newlaithes Avenue, Carlisle.

The suspect was described of skinny build, wearing dark clothing and had a white phone.

Anyone with information should call PC West 2555 on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
