Police appeal after Penrith hit-and-run

[P]olice are investigating a fail-to-stop road traffic collision, that occurred on Kings street, Penrith, at around 1:55pm, on Saturday, 9th September 2017.

A Dark coloured 4×4 type vehicle has pulled away from Crown Square, mounted the kerb outside M&S Food Hall, and collided with the shopping bag of an elderly lady, causing her to spin round and suffer from shock.

Police would like to hear from any witnesses present at the time, in particular, a male that may have taken down the offending vehicles registration.
