Police probe Carlisle car fire

[A]t 1:23am today, Wednesday 20 September firefighters were called to a report of a car on fire on Woodsghyll Drive in Carlisle.

A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “A hose reel jet was used to put out the blaze.

“Police were asked to attend.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Carlisle police on 101.
