[T]he award-winning Leathes Head Hotel located in the heart of the Borrowdale Valley near Keswick, has announced the appointment of their new Hotel Manager Laura Dadulak.
Originally from Latvia, Laura has lived and worked in the UK for 15 years and brings with her a wealth of experience working in luxury hotels throughout the Lake District, including The Samling and Storrs Hall.
Prior to starting her new role at The Leathes Head Hotel, Laura worked as Assistant Manager at Holbeck Ghyll situated in between Ambleside and Windermere.
It is an exciting time for Laura to be joining the elegant eleven bedroom Edwardian hotel after two consecutive successes at the annual Cumbria Tourism Awards. Laura is keen to build on the hotels existing reputation with plans to refurbish the dining room and expand the food and drink provision, whist introducing weddings as part of their exclusive use offering and utilise the hotel’s three acres of private grounds.
Laura Dadulak, Hotel Manager at The Leathes Head Hotel says; “I was instantly attracted to The Leathes Head Hotel because of its stunning location and straight away I felt like it would be the most perfect place to work and live. I think 2018 is going to be a very exciting time for the hotel and I look forward to developing new menus with our Head Chef Noel Breaks, as well as refurbishing the restaurant and introducing weddings to this very special part of the Borrowdale Valley.”
