Appeal after Penrith hit-and-run

[P]olice are investigating a fail to stop road traffic incident that occurred on Friday 6th October 2017 at approximately 6pm.

Two youths were travelling along the motorway bridge on Newton Road, Penrith, when a small, black, 56 reg vehicle has come up behind them at speed, sounding the horn causing them to be startled and fall off their bikes.

One of the youths has sustained a badly sprained wrist and cuts to his face, hands and knees.
