Child knocked off bike in Penrith hit-and-run

[P]olice are investigating a collision between a creamy coloured two door car and a child riding a bicycle, which occurred at about 5pm on Monday 16th October 2017 on Gilwilly Road, Penrith.

Police wish to speak to the driver of the car.
