[A]t 9:14pm yesterday, Saturday 11 November firefighters were called to a barn fire off the A593 in Broughton-in-Furness.
Six fire engines and one aerial appliance attended to tackle the fire, which involved a barn measuring 40m x 50m.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews used hose reels, the compressed air foam system, three main jets, the aerial appliance and breathing apparatus to extinguish the blaze.
“Firefighters remained at the scene for over seven hours.”
