Aspatria library damaged in arson attack

Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage in Apsatria.

On Tuesday 14th November at approximately 10pm, a wheelie bin outside the library was set on fire.

A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: “This fire has caused further damage to areas of the library.

“Such behaviour will not be tolerated and is unacceptable.”
