Story Homes shortlisted for three North West Residential Property Awards

Story Homes – D’Urton Manor

[S]tory Homes has announced that they’ve been shortlisted for three of the 12 very prestigious North West Business Insider Residential Property Awards 2018.

Story Homes has been shortlisted – for the second year running – for Housebuilder of the Year and their flagship Preston development D’Urton Manor has been shortlisted for Large Development of the Year and also Public / Private Partnership of the Year in conjunction with the HCA, Preston City Council and Lancashire County Council.

Land and planning director NW, David O’Reilly said: “It’s great news to be shortlisted for the second year running for Housebuilder of the year and the team are delighted.

“We have been overwhelmed by the response to our developments across the North West with unprecedented demand in our homes available.

“Our flagship Lancashire development D’Urton Manor in Preston has been shortlisted in two hotly contended categories and we are immensely proud that it has been recognised on this regional platform.

“It is fantastic to be shortlisted in the NW Insider awards again, especially at a time where we are delivering our ambitious growth programme and expanding across the region with a number of new developments planned.”

“To win one of these awards again would truly cement our growth in the North West.”

A team from Story Homes will be attending the awards ceremony on Thursday 25 January 2018 in Manchester where they will hope to be crowned the winners. Fingers crossed!
