Police appeal after thefts from vehicles in Carlisle

[P]olice are investigating several thefts from motor vehicles in the Currock and Upperby areas of Carlisle.

Overnight on Wednesday 29th November into 30th November two work vehicles parked on Beaumont Road and Sunnymeade, Carlisle, have been targeted and tools stolen. Damage was caused to the locks on both vehicles allowing the offenders to gain access.

Police are requesting any information which may lead to the identity of those involved.

Police would also like to remind residents to secure all property, do not leave any valuables including tools in your vehicles overnight, and park your vehicle in a well lit area if possible.
