[E]mergency services have been dealing with a serious road traffic collision involving a woman pedestrian outside Selby Train Station.
It occurred on Station Road just before 8.50am today (Thursday 28 December 2017) and the collision also involved a white Citroen Berlingo panel van and a white Ford Tourneo people carrier.
The woman, who is aged in her early 50s, suffered a serious leg injury and cuts to her head. She was conscious and breathing when she was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary for emergency treatment.
The collision scene has been closed to traffic while police investigate the circumstances.
