Police appeal after Penrith garage burglary

Castle Garage

Police are investigating burglary that occurred at Castle Garage, Cromwell Road, Penrith between closing time on Thursday 11th January and 07:00 on Friday 12th January 2018.

The offender has used a flat bladed instrument to try and jemmy one door open but failed before managing to gain access via another way. Cash has been stolen during the incident.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the offence taking place, or any suspicious persons around the vicinity at the time. Did anyone see the security light on at the premises or know anyone that has cash that they don’t normally have?
