Firefighters tackle Baycliff blaze

[A]t 9am today, Tuesday 16 January firefighters were called to a fire in the ground floor of a commercial premises on Main Road, Baycliff.

A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews, four wearing breathing apparatus, used two hose reel jets and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

“Crews were at the scene for one hour and 15 minutes.”
