Barrow crack dealer jailed for 5 years

[A] Barrow man has been sentenced to more than 5 years in prison for drugs offences.

Michael Younger, 35yrs, of Egerton Court, was handed 2,045 days in prison after pleading guilty at Preston Crown Court today (Jan 26th), of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (Crack Cocaine).

He was found in possession of 88 wraps of crack cocaine by officers on Christmas Day 2017 – at Ewan Close, Barrow.

DC Matt McFall said: “I am pleased that Younger has now taken ownership for his offending, and that these drugs have been removed from our streets. We will continue to work hard to ensure that these drug dealers are behind bars and not causing the significant harm that they bring to our communities.”
