[P]olice are investigating burglaries of charity premises in the Keswick area where three charity shops were broken into overnight between 5.30pm on Tuesday 30 January and 8am on Wednesday 31 January.
Oxfam in Museum Square, Barnardos on Station Street and Cancer Research on Main Street were all targeted overnight where property was stolen and substantial damage was caused at each of the premises, which have had to be repaired from charity funds.
Police are particularly interested to hear from anyone who may have witnessed anyone acting suspiciously around any of these premises or if they heard any loud banging during the night of Tuesday 30 January.
