[P]olice are investigating an incident where a woman in her 50s was spat at by a school-age girl.
The woman was walking past a group of girls believed to be aged around 14 at around 5.40pm yesterday (6th Feb) at the bus station in Murray Road in Workington when one of the group spat at her.
The girl is described as wearing an olive green jacket with a fur-lined hood.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who witnessed this incident or can help identify the person responsible. Contact police referencing incident 199 of 6 February 2018.
