Biker critical after A591 crash

[P]olice are investigating a serious road traffic collision that occurred yesterday at Staveley.

A one vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorcycle occurred at 2.45pm on the A591 near to the Station Road junction at Staveley.

A 59-year-old male from the Moor Row area was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital with serious chest injuries. His condition is described as critical but stable.

Anyone who witnessed the collision should contact PC 1509 Ian Hansen on 101 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
