Police probe Ambleside building site burglary

Police are investigating a burglary at a construction site, on Rydal Road, Ambleside.

This occurred on Tuesday 13 February between 8pm and 8.35pm.

Two vehicles are believed to have been involved and were seen pulled in at the side of the road; one with its hazard lights on and the other believed to be a small dark hatchback.

This is relatively early in the night with passing traffic still regular.

Police are appealing for any further information about these two vehicles on the side of the road or any footage that may assist with the investigation.
