[L]loyd Jaguar Carlisle has taken the motor industry by storm picking up a duo of prestigious awards.
The highly successful Lloyd Motor Group left its rivals standing as it scooped two accolades for its Jaguar division.
Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle, renowned for its excellent customer service, has won both the ‘Jaguar Sales Retailer of the Year’ and ‘Jaguar Retailer of the Year’ titles.
The prestigious ‘Jaguar Retailer of the Year’ award is the highest accolade chosen and presented by Jaguar Land Rover UK and recognises excellence in customer service, sales, aftersales and service.
The awards were presented by Jeremy Hicks, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover UK, at a ceremony held in the Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover showroom at Rosehill in Carlisle.
There was resounding praise for staff commitment from Damon Owston, Jaguar Sales Manager at Lloyd Carlisle as he spoke of the twin awards presented to the Lloyd Jaguar operation.
He said: “I am personally incredibly proud that we have been named ‘Jaguar Retailer of the Year’.
“It is without doubt due to the constant team effort and focus on delivering exceptional performance and ensuring our customers’ are well looked after.
“This award is a credit to every member of my team as well as to our customers, whom I would like to thank for their continued loyalty and valued support over the years.”
Lloyd Jaguar has two retailers in the North of England and Scotland. Located beside some of the country’s top locations, including World Heritage sites and the Lake District National Park, Lloyd Jaguar has centres in Carlisle and Kelso – serving Cumbria and the Scottish Borders.
Rob Lindsay, Franchise Director with the Lloyd Motor Group, spoke of his pride at winning the award in recognition of the company’s efforts to deliver exceptional performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
