[W]ork is underway to refresh the Upper Eden Community Plan which was originally launched in 2008. Since July last year, the Project Officer and members of the UECP Steering Group have been working hard to review the achievements of the original plan and gain an understanding of the issues and aspirations of the local community today.
Public Consultation 05/03/18 – 05/04/18: On 5th March 2018 the group launched a five week public consultation to hear directly from members of the local community about the issues they are facing and their aspirations for the future of the area. The outcomes of the consultation will be used to refresh the Upper Eden Community Plan ‘Aims’ to ensure the plan objectives continue to meet the needs of the people who live and work here.
All membersĀ of the Upper Eden Community are encouraged to participate in the Public Consultation and share their views and aspirations for the future of Upper Eden.
