[P]olice are investigating an assault that occurred at approximately 4.30pm on Friday 9th March at The Queen’s Hotel in St Bees.
A 40-year-old male victim from the Copeland area is reported to have sustained a nose and eye injury from the incident.
The offender is described as being a white male, approximately 6 foot tall, of large build, aged in his early 30s and wearing a red baseball cap at the time, speaking with an accent local to west Cumbria.
