[A]t 9:38pm yesterday, Friday 13 April firefighters were called to reports of a building fire on Grinsdale Avenue, Carlisle.
Two fire engines attended and found a fire involving a cooker.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Crews used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan to bring the fire under control.
“Crews were at the scene for around 40 minutes.”
