[M]ilnthorpe’s award-winning all female choir OttoVoce is to perform a fundraising concert for Rosemere Cancer Foundation this Saturday evening (21st April 2018).
Directed by professional soprano Tracie Penwarden and accompanied by Gill Allen, it will sing in the village’s St Thomas’ Church.
Tickets for the cross genre performance that will include everything from sea shanties and folk songs to hymns and opera are £8 each, inclusive of a glass of wine. Children are admitted for free.
OttoVoce has been singing together for 11 years and has raised thousands of pounds performing for charities. It also competes in local music festivals and this “Fairest Evening” concert, which starts at 7 pm, marks the end of its latest competitive season.
